GOODMATES ships with NZ Post for all deliveries within New Zealand.
We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. You can follow it through the NZ Post website or app to keep an eye on your delivery.
Dispatch & Cut Off Times
GOODMATES orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Aukland.
- Orders placed before 12pm AEST (Mon–Fri) ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12pm AEST ship the next business day.
- Orders placed after 12pm Friday or on weekends will be sent the following Monday, or the next business day after a public holiday.
Stolen Parcels
Please make sure you provide a safe and secure delivery address. Once NZ Post confirms your parcel has been delivered to the nominated address, GOODMATES cannot be held responsible for stolen or missing items.
