We get it - sometimes things don’t work out.

Here’s how returns and exchanges work with us:

Return Window
You have 30 days from the order date to return items.

Return Costs
Change of mind: Customer is to cover at their own expense.

Faulty or incorrect items: We’ll cover the cost.

Your Options

  • Exchange for another size or product (subject to availability).
  • Store credit issued.
  • Refund back to your original payment method.

Conditions for Returns
Items must be returned:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • In original condition with no stains, marks, or smells.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products marked as Final Sale (unless faulty or incorrect).
  • Anything not in its original condition.

Sale Items
General Sale: Can be returned for exchange or store credit only.

Final Sale: No returns unless faulty or incorrect.

Refunds & Processing Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If something arrives faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and photos of the product/s. Email info@goodmatesapparel.com
